When your manuscript is accepted, you can expect the following services:

  • 4-color, genre-appropriate stock cover
  • Professionally formatted text
  • One (1) electronic galley
  • One (1) proof copy of your book
  • Listing of your book in Heartworks' electronic bookstore
  • ISBN Number, Bar Code, and Copyright
  • Prompt quote for desired number of books
 
Note: Text revisions from the previous electronic galley will be billed at $75 per additional galley. Revisions requiring more than 3 hours of formatter time will be billed an additional $75. Additional graphic artist work
beyond the initial book cover is billed at $25 per hour.
 
*All pricing applies to books with black and white text, sized either 5x8, 5.5x8.5 or 6x9, with a maximum of 300 pages. Authors with longer books, color interior images, or other book size requirements, please ask for a quote.
